torn veil...

In the nakedness
of a beggar
Power wrapped in
poverty
The giver
thirsty, hungry
The greatest
is the least-
Ironic deception.
And we shuffle by
Blind to the one behind the veil
‘Til a shadow
becomes
the tangible-
Healing by a double-edged sword
To worship is human
To love is of God.
Hands of mercy-
The veil is torn
In the nakedness of a beggar…
The eyes so lowly
Are the eyes
of God

Hi Dan, Good to see you here! I've found that for me to be complete I've got to be emptied... when I pour out the ideas and images inside me it frees me to be poured into... then I try to pour it out again. Sometimes coherently, othertimes not.... certainly not always consitently. It's a dance of being given and stumbling through giving.... still learning. Thanks for visiting...
peace to you
